Her Dog Was Diagnosed With A Life Threatening Illness. She Made Sure Her Dog’s Last Few Days Were The Best Ever
Have you thought about your bucket list? Did you make yours yet? What if you found out a dog is already living hers out?
That’s exactly what a social services worker gave to Marsha, an American bulldog mix, after learning she had a life threatening illness, in the form of stage 3 skin cancer. When her American Humane Society volunteer owner Judy Jaris found her, she had a bullet in her elbow, as well as an infection, a broken toe, and so many other things.
Marsha is now enjoying the best days of her life, playing in the tall grass, going out fishing and playing. The Jarises learned about Marsha’s condition the day they were to take her home, but rather than be disheartened, they took to heart their decision and committed to making the rest of her days the happiest that she’s ever had.
