Actress Ruth Buzzi, 85, is “bedridden and incapacitated” after suffering several strokes, reveals husband

Actress Ruth Buzzi’s partner of late revealed that she is confined to bed and weakened after suffering numerous strokes. The actress and comedian turn 86 and she has been acknowledged for her character as Gladys Ormphby in the TV series Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In.

Buzzi earned two Primetime Emmy nominations in 1969 and 1972 and the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress in 1973. Her husband, Kent Perkins shared the painful update of her well-being in a post on his wife’s Facebook page. Kent also shared a snap of Buzzi from her previous year’s birth anniversary where she seen joyful while holding a portion of cake.

Kent wrote on Buzzi’s official Facebook page. He wrote that the actress wants her fans to know that she is not in agony and is conscious that her admirers are sending their best wishes to her as she fights the consequences of distressing strokes that have left her confined to bed.

Kent described that she still has ability to speak and she still identifies all her friends and loved ones. He further added that he is living with an attitude of gratefulness for 43 years of wedding to his best pal and the supreme person he ever seen. He then wrote that Buzzi’s love for others sees no limits and she has spent an era making individuals smile. Kent ended the post with praise for his spouse for dealing with the condition daringly and still with humour.
