Amber Heard’s List of Intimate Partners Submitted as Evidence

Amber Heard’s list of intimate partners was admitted into proof on Wednesday in a trial full of typically private secrets being spilled into the public eye.

During Dr. Dawn Hughes’ cross-examination, Johnny Depp’s attorneys explored Heard’s connection with James Franco and in doing so, released the doctor’s handwritten notes on her sexual history, as provided to her in private by the actress.

The doctor had recorded all of Heard’s significant others, as well as the nature of those relationships, under the header “Intimate partnerships,” beginning with “Travis,” whom Amber dated from 16 to 18, and whom she described as a “nice person.”
Following him was “Eduardo, a ‘Catholic Activist,'” whom she dated from 18 to 19, however there was “no intercourse,” according to the notes.
Then there was “fun loving” “Valentino,” who lasted a year and a half when Amber was 19-20, followed by a “causal” romance in Mexico with “Mark.”
Amber then embarked on a five-year same-sex relationship with “Tasya,” Hawaiian-born painter and photographer Tasya Van Ree.
Then, according to the list, came Johnny Depp.
However, Depp’s lawyer was more intrigued in the right-hand side of the list, which had the initials J.F. — which the doctor verified was related to James Franco — and Elon, as in Musk.
Dr Hughes explained that Heard wasn’t telling her this was an intimate relationship. Dr.Hughes  inquired regarding what’s the deal with James Franco since that was mentioned in this case.
“JF – grew close — but truly wanted to be with Johnny,” Depp’s lawyer read, missing the portion that indicated Heard and Franco were “friends,” as Dr. Hughes pointed out.

The December 2015 date is “when they became more buddies… more friendly,” Dr Hughes continued, revealing that Heard was as yet hitched to Depp at that point.
According to the notes, the next entry in Heard’s timeline was “Elon” in May of 2016, whom she met at the Met Gala.
According to the doctor’s notes, “I was sad / my spirit was dead / felt nothing then.” According to the report, the connection lasted till March 2018.
Depp’s lawyer questioned Heard’s assertions that she started seeing Musk after splitting up with Depp; the doctor verified they started dating after Amber sought the interim restraining order against her husband.
Dr. Hughes is the first witness to affirm in Amber Heard’s defamation trial, which is currently in its fourth week.
Depp is demanding $50 million in damages after Heard alleged in an op-ed in the Washington Post in 2018 that she was a survivor of domestic violence. While she did not identify Depp in the article, his attorneys claim it was supposed to be about him and harmed his career. Depp was countersued for $100 million.
The actor already lost a case in the United Kingdom over the identical piece that was published in The Sun. The trial in Virginia will resume next week.
