Bette Midler wants the US to ban Viagra since it’s “God’s will” to have a “limp d**k”

Bette Midler has slammed the United States Supreme Court’s order to overturn Roe v Wade last week, calling on the country to outlaw Viagra.

With a hilarious twist on the argument that all births are God’s will – and so abortion must be evil, right? – “Time to prohibit Viagra,” the iconic actress tweeted. Since if pregnancy is ‘God’s will,’ then your weak d**k is as well.”

Obviously, Midler’s remarks elicited a mixed response on social media. Predictably, the United States has diverse views on the decision to overturn Roe v Wade, and the difference has created even more waves of doubt at a time when the country is notoriously divided.

“I adore it,” one Twitter user said in response to Middler’s remark. The Republican party is a weak d**k.”

“My brother-in-law questioned whether they were going to outlaw condoms in red states – birth control, right?” said another.

Last week, the Supreme Court decided to overturn Roe v Wade, thereby ending the constitutional right to abortion that has existed for over 50 years.

Of course, while startling, the choice to rescind the historic verdict was not entirely unexpected. Draft documents recommending such harsh steps were revealed in May, causing significant uproar.

According to sources, the judgement implies that abortion rights would be instantly restricted in roughly half of all US states.

Many people, like the aforementioned Bette Midler, consider that this is an inappropriate ruling in today’s world. At the moment of the revelation, Midler tweeted:

“They pulled it off. THEY DID IT TO US! The Supreme Court invalidated #RoevWade, which had been incorporated in the Constitution as settled law for over 50 years.

“How could they? This #SCOTUS is completely deaf to the will of the American people, as well as their true needs. #WakeUpAmerica.”

Thirteen states are believed to have enacted ‘trigger legislation’ to outlaw abortion, including Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Following the weekend overruling, these legislation entered into force automatically.

How do you feel about the weekend’s Roe v Wade decision? Is this a watershed moment in American history? Do you agree or disagree with Bette Middler’s emotions?
