Boy Donates All His Birthday Presents To Charity.

A couple years back, 8-year-old Chase Branscum of Owasso, Oklahoma, didn’t want any toys for his birthday. He wanted to hold a toy drive so other children could have toys to play with.

Says young Chase: “I already have toys and other kids don’t. They don’t have toys and when they don’t have anything for Christmas they can’t play and they can’t have fun.”

That toy drive started by an 8-year-old boy brought in more than 500 toys from people willing to give. A radio personality said Chase knew the true meaning of Christmas. But Chase is not the only young person to give.

8-year-old Wyatt Erber won a scavenger hunt with a prize of $1,000. He gave all of it to the family of a 2-year-old girl who was battling leukemia.

And 7-year-old Glenn Dixon raised money by selling rocks that he had painted. He gave all the money he made to a domestic violence program for women and children.

Says Glenn: “I like rocks, I like painting and I like to see people smiling.”
