Community Heartbroken as ‘Precious & Adored’ 2-Yr-Old Boy Dies After Being Hit by Tractor on Farm.

On November 11, a 2-year-old child was killed in an accident on a farm in County Antrim, Ireland. The boy’s death has devastated the local community and his family, who have been named as Noah McAleese.

Noah was hit by a tractor at Rosepark Farm in Ballymoney in Northern Ireland. The incident was reported to paramedics around 12:32 GMT on Friday afternoon, according to the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service. The child was quickly rushed to Causeway Hospital in Coleraine, County Londonderry. Sadly, the youngster died not long after.

Family, friends, and local councillors have all offered their condolences in the aftermath of this heartbreaking incident. The 2-year-old was recalled as Johnny and Corinna’s darling son and Cohen’s cherished sibling. McKierans Funeral Director addressed the awful situation on Facebook, writing that they hate to tell one of Noah Shea McAleese’s untimely death. Sinn Fein assembly member Philip McGuigan remarked that it’s difficult to find words to explain the sorrow the family must be facing. In addition, a minute of silence was acknowledged and respected during Dunloy Cuchullain’s game versus Dungloe in remembrance of Noah. The Dunloy GAA club also paid homage to Noah, saying that all at Dunloy GA+CC was profoundly grieved to hear the dreadful news yesterday of Noah McAleese’s abrupt departure.

Noah is the son of Johnny, a former athlete, and his wife Corrina. At this extremely sad moment, they send their thoughts and sympathies to the whole McAleese and Cassidy family, the club also stated. Local Ulster Unionist Councillor Darryl Wilson expressed how the incident has left the community saddened. Words fail him when it comes to commenting on this horrible situation that led to the loss of a small two-year-old kid, he stated. The anguish that this family has experienced is unfathomable. When he learned about the tragedy last evening, he couldn’t help but think that being a grandpa himself, dealing with such pain would be heartbreaking.

The Northern Ireland Police Service (PSNI) and the Health and Safety Executive Northern Ireland (HSE NI) are investigating Noah’s death in collaboration with environmental health inspectors from Causeway Coast & Glens Council. The youngster will be honored at a Mass of the Angels on Monday, November 14, at 2 p.m. in St. Joseph’s Church, Dunloy, with interment following in the nearby cemetery.
