Cop’s Behaviour Towards This Injured Pit Bull Will Melt Your Hearts.

When Patrick Hennessy was heading to work in Florida one morning, he spotted something in the road that made him really uncomfortable. It was two dogs in the road and one of them appeared to be injured. So he called the sheriff’s department.

Two officers… Officer Boggs and Officer Reed were dispatched to the scene. The dogs were pitbulls and they had to make friends with both of them, and did that in short order.

It appeared as though a car had struck one of the dogs, and she had a large cut on her leg. Patrick and the officers put a bandage on the wound and fed the dogs some snacks. A good bond was forming.

When animal services arrived they took the dogs, assuring Patrick and the officers that they would be well taken care of.

A short time later, the officers visited the dogs, and the animals remembered their new friends. The officers and the dogs shared a lot of good, loving moments during their visit, and it was something well worth watching in the video that was posted.

Deputies check up on Liberty and Justice

"PUPDATE"!!!! It was one week ago, Deputy Reed and Deputy Boggs helped calm and comfort two very sweet, scared pit bulls (one injured) that were found wandering in a dangerous high-traffic intersection. The dogs were taken to Orange County Animal Services where they were promptly named Liberty and Justice and are now up for adoption. Here's a short video from Animal Services of our Sector 4 deputies checking up on the pups, who are full of personality. We want Justice (A362290) and Liberty (A362289) to find a forever home. Hopefully together. Please adopt them. The deputies are spoken for 🙂 Please go to this link: www.ocnetpets.com for more information on Liberty and Justice.
