The ironically named cat, Boots was saved from euthanasia by Colorado’s Life is Better Rescue, and a company knows as “OrthoPets,” which outfitted the cat with a new pair of legs. The double amputee cat has adapted well to his prosthetics which have replaced her rear legs.
One of the members of the rescue team said, “Yes, she has recently visited the veterinarian, and we will be pursuing surgery to correct the bones, and new prosthetics to help re-align her gait.”
