GOD WAS MY ‘CO-PILOT’: Philadelphia Medical Helicopter Pilot Credits Higher Power For Crash Landing Without Fatalities.

If you have faith in God no matter what situation comes and goes you will sail through it.

The pilot who crash landed the Eurocopter EC13 medical helicopter owned by Denver based Air Methods, part of the LifeNet program based in Hagerstown Maryland was transporting a baby girl and two other crew members. Around 1pm they landed next to a church called Drexel Hill UnitedMethodist Church in Upper Darby.

Daniel Moore the pilot had severe injuries however the two crew members and the baby were luckily unhurt. He was welcomed with praises from police and other first responders when the wheelchair bound pilot was exiting the Penn Presbyterian Medical Center’s emergency room. He explained he does not remember much of the crash and thanked the crew members to rescue him and the young patient to an ambulance. He feels fortunate and he believed God was his co-pilot and they landed in front of God’s yard which he felt was somewhat nice.

God bless each and every Medical Flight Team.
