Gwen Stefani Turns 53 — She Sold Luxury Villa at a Low Price & Moved into $13M LA Home with Blake Shelton

Gwen Stefani, the vocalist of “No Wonder,” is exceptional at making listeners doubt her age, particularly because she appears young. The singer’s newest Instagram images, which she published a few days ago, displayed her embracing her ageless beauty in style.

The Grammy winner, who celebrates her 53rd birthday today, looked sophisticated but beautiful with her usual red lipstick, glazed facial beat, and magnificent fake lashes. She performed a number of positions to top off the vivacity, leaving viewers gushing over her stunning attractiveness.

As predicted, her ardent fans flocked to the comment sections to share their feelings about their beloved celebrity. Many people were taken aback by her stunning looks and amazed how graceful she made aging seem.

Stefani is charming and sophisticated, according to one user, but the commenter would want to see Stefani without makeup.

Stefani’s most recent snapshot, which was posted a few hours earlier, revealed that she had been on “The Kelly Clarkson Show.”

She looked stunning once more, but this time she went for a more natural style, wearing a trendy round-neck sweatshirt top with cotton sleeves.

In the past, the fashion star has been open about her love of cosmetics and appearance. Stefani has both a fashion and cosmetics company called GXVE.

Whether or not Stefani enjoys flaunting her glitz, it has no bearing on how she manages her life. Rather, the singer spends her days like any other mother or wife.

It is unknown if there is a special celebration planned for today, but reports claim that the “No Doubt” singer will spend her birthday with people who matter the most to her: her husband, Blake Shelton, and their three boys, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.

While fans are unsure of the family’s plans for the day, they are know that Stefani is celebrating her first birthday as a permanent resident in her husband’s house.

The singer relocated to his property with her three boys in 2019, prior to their wedding and after selling her Los Angeles luxury house.

The Grammy winner and her ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale, paid Sam Nazarian, a hotel entrepreneur, $13.25 million for their Los Angeles house in 2006.

Jennifer Lopez was the first owner, paying $4.3 million for the home in the early 2000s. Despite her divorce, Stefani kept the property until a few years later, when she listed it with Jade Mills at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Craig Knizek at The Agency.

The home was initially offered for $35 million, but the final asking price was fixed at $25 million, a $10 million decrease. However, the buyer eventually paid $21.65 million for it.

Even though it was less than the fixed amount, it was a terrific deal for the singer, who had originally paid $13.25 million for it.

The 15,000-square-foot celebrity mansion has 10 bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a detached guesthouse. Kelly Wearstler designed the space, which included monotone hues and antique furnishings.

Stefani’s divorce left her as the primary caregiver for her three children. Despite his feelings for her and his growing attachment to the boys, Shelton stated that parenting them looked daunting.

Even yet, the “Hollaback Girl” singer, who desired to live with her adored lover months before their wedding, was unaffected.

Following the selling of the property in 2019, the family relocated to Shelton’s $13 million mansion in 2020. According to a close source, they are quite glad to be settled at last in their family home.

The insider described the house as extremely cozy and welcoming with plenty of space for the guys to tumble around and get messy.

This was not only for the lads, as the insider stated that Stefani had a “glam closet” appropriate for any superstar.

Their $13 million mansion contains high-end home appliances, a personal theater, an outdoor spa with a view of a large pool, and an outdoor kitchen and lounge.

Stefani and Shelton own some property together. They paid $13.2 million for a three-story estate in Encino in 2020. This was their first joint venture.
