Johnny Depp’s team is attempting to dismantle Amber Heard’s evidence, alleging that it is nothing more than performance art.
According to Johnny’s representative, their forecast during opening statements has finally come true, and Amber has been “preparing to give the performance of her life in this trial.” They now claim that their forecast was dead on.
They argue that her abuse tales have altered over time, with “new and convenient facts.” In contrast, Johnny’s “recollections have stayed precisely the same over the 6 excruciating years since her first charges were made,” they claim.
They also claim that Johnny’s team’s impending cross-examination would be telling, as Depp’s attorneys focus on potential contradictions in her accounts. As you may be aware, Amber completed day 2 of her evidence, during which she told the jury that he called her a “nagging bi%ch” and a “c***.”

Amber further asserted that during one of Johnny’s alleged violent episodes, he entered her with a glass bottle.
She also said he threatened to murder her several times, including once at Christmas on his Bahamas island. He allegedly threatened her life if she ever humiliated him in front of his children again.
