MAKING HERSELF HEARD: Amber Heard reportedly ‘in talks’ to write tell-all book

After her defeat in court earlier this month against ex-husband Johnny Depp in their multi-million dollar defamation battle, Amber Heard is allegedly “in discussions” to publish a tell-all book.

According to reports, the 36-year-old actress is “very enthusiastic” about the prospective new employment. Heard has “nothing to lose” now that the widely publicised disagreement has concluded.

Following a nearly seven-week trial in Virginia amid claims of domestic abuse and sexual abuse, Depp was granted $10.35 million in damages when a jury decided Heard slandered Depp on all counts. Heard lost her defamation action, but she was granted $2 million in her countersuit when jurors determined that Depp defamed her through his lawyer.

When contacted about the potential “revenge” book, Heard’s spokesperson stated they don’t have a remark to offer on this.

According to an individual who spoke to the publication: Amber feels her Hollywood profession is done. She’s already in discussions and is quite thrilled about it. She has nothing to lose at this point and wants to share everything.

If Heard decides to publish anything, novelist and lawyer Dror Bikel informs the magazine that potential litigation may be filed.

Bikel warned that Depp and his lawyers will read and listen to all Heard says. If she crosses the line, which is likely, she will be slammed with another defamation claim and wind herself back in court.

Amber Heard Seen at TJ Maxx

Amber Heard was spotted shopping at TJ Maxx in NY with her sister. Heard was recently ordered to pay Johnny Depp $8.35 million in damages.

Heard was photographed shopping at a TJ Maxx bargain retail store in the Hamptons just a few days ago, despite a potential $8.3 million judgement.

The 36-year-old diva donned blue jeans and a long-sleeved, white button-down shirt while shopping with her younger sister, Whitney Henriquez, at the national chain retailer’s Bridgehampton outlet. According to the publication, it’s unknown what the two bought from the shop, if anything at all.

While Heard shopped the aisles on the East Coast in black loafers with her blonde hair wrapped back in a bun, Depp “moved on” from the trial and performed with Jeff Beck at the Helsinki Blues Festival in Finland on Sunday.

Depp appeared relaxed on stage, wearing a black vest over a long shirt with sleeves pushed up over his elbows to flaunt his tattoos while playing the guitar.
He will soon launch a collaborative album with his musical collaborator, Beck, since the actor “isn’t even talking about the trial” anymore and “simply wants his career back.”

The trial was essential, but he is relieved that everything is finished. Although he is satisfied by the jury’s decision, he is not boasting.

Heard recently told Savannah Guthrie on “Dateline” that she was “frightened” Depp will find a way to sue her again.

She explained she assumes that’s what a defamation case is supposed to do, steal your voice.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor first wanted a $50 million settlement over a 2018 Washington Post op-ed she penned in which she did not directly name him but recounted her struggles with domestic abuse at the hands of a former boyfriend. Heard filed a countersuit seeking $100 million in damages.

Heard rejected being “cut” from “Aquaman 2” last week, calling recasting rumours “somewhat ridiculous” after reports circulated that she was dropped from the Warner Bros. picture after her conviction.

Heard’s agent stated that the rumour mill continues to be false, disrespectful, and little delusional, as it has been since day one.

In the film, Heard played Mera with Jason Momoa, Dolph Lundgren, Nicole Kidman, and Willem Dafoe. The sequel, “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom,” will be published in 2023.

In July 2021, she revealed on Instagram that she had discreetly had a baby girl called Oonagh Paige Heard through surrogacy, and that she will be “both the mom and the dad” to her little girl.
