Petition To Get Johnny Depp Back Into Pirates Of The Caribbean 6 Is Getting Around 1 Million Signature Soon.

Since the former couple divorced in 2016, the scenario involving Amber Heard and Johnny Depp has been unfolding for years. Their protracted legal struggle has heated up since the slander trial started in Virginia, resulting in a slew of bizarre court updates. And, as a result of the trial, the campaign to get Depp back into Pirates of the Caribbean 6 is growing rapidly.

Johnny Depp may have had a long cinematic career, but his name is linked with his role as Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean films. He’s not currently linked to any of the Pirates films in production at Disney, however some fans would want to see that change.

As a result of the current trial, an online petition on Change.Org has lately received attention, gathering around 1 million signatures at the time of writing this piece. And, with the flames flying in the courts so frequently, smart money predicts that additional attention will be drawn to this campaign.

Apparently, Johnny Depp has mentioned Pirates of the Caribbean several times in court, particularly when he took the stand. He discussed attempting to find an ending for the franchise and how he learned he’d no longer be portraying Jack Sparrow on the big screen. According to Depp, he lost his job as a result of the charges and court struggle with Amber Heard.

While the date of his Pirates of the Caribbean leave is being scrutinized in the courtroom, Johnny Depp appears to have lost another huge franchise role as a direct result of his legal dispute with Amber Heard. Therefore, after losing his libel action against The Sun in the United Kingdom, he was requested to leave his role as Grindelwald in the Fantastic Beasts series. For The Secrets of Dumbledore, Depp was swapped with Mads Mikkelsen, with no in-universe allusion to the change in appearance.

In terms of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise’s future, Disney is working on a lot of ideas. Margot Robbie was scheduled to star in her own film set in the same world, but no date has been set. Originally, a sixth film was planned, but Depp has just revealed that he would not feature in it. We’ll have to wait and watch if/when any of these blockbusters team up.

As previously stated, Johnny Depp testified in his ongoing defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard. Because the procedures could be seen on television, the video rapidly went viral. The tables have now turned, as the Aquaman actress has begun testifying. And, as predicted, it was an emotional appearance, complete with charges of abuse.

Johnny Depp has just begun securing new film parts, while Amber Heard will feature in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.
