Adele has announced she has moved in with lover Rich Paul after a year of dating by sharing a photo of the two outside their new house.

On Wednesday, the singer, 34, turned to Instagram and uploaded a number of adorable photos of the pair, including one in which they both held up the keys to their home.

It was reported in January that the vocal powerhouse had spent ‘$58 million’ on a fourth home, Sylvester Stallone’s Beverly Hills mega estate, which had been on the market for the greater part of the year. And now it’s been discovered that the house is a new love nest for the singer and her beau.

Adele had possessed three properties in Beverly Hills’ star-studded neighborhood prior to adding Stallone’s former home to her property portfolio in January.

Richard Landry designed the 18,587-square-foot mansion, which has eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms.

Stallone had been trying hard to sell the enormous estate he bought in the 1990s, and had first advertised it for $110 million, but there were no buyers. In May, he reduced the asking price to $85 million.

On 3.5 acres, the property features eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The house was designed by Edward Granzbach and erected in 1994. It’s a gated local area.

The main home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, including a master suite, three en-suite bedrooms, and two maids chambers.

The luxurious master bedroom has a sauna, steam room, and an office with a patio.

There is likewise a two-story visitor house with two en-suite rooms and full gourmet specialist’s kitchen as it was planned by Richard Landry.

The main two-story structure has a formal living room with views of Rodeo Drive and beyond. As if that wasn’t enough, there’s also a professional movie theater, a cigar room with an air-filtration system, and a home gym.

There is a large patio outside with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, and even a putting green. There is also an eight-car air-conditioned garage with an art gallery.

Adele acquired her first two homes under the identities The Gatefield Trust and Todd Gelfand, a partner at Adele’s business management firm Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman.

She purchased the third property from Nicole Richie and her musician husband Joel Madden, and it is located close to both her present home and the house she purchased from ex-husband Simon Konecki in 2019.

Adele is also said to be engaged to Rich, the founder of Klutch Sports Group, and has expressed a wish to have a child with him next year.

Adele characterized her relationship with Rich as the most ‘wonderful, openhearted, and simplest’ she’s ever been in during a previous interview with Rolling Stone.
