Police Officer Steps In To Help The Student To Fix His Tie.

When things are going wrong, it’s really nice to have someone around to help, and even a simple gesture like fixing someone’s tie can sometimes be a pretty important thing.

There is the saying, “A man never stands so tall as when he stoops to help a child.”

In Kingsland, Georgia, a student was preparing to walk from the parking lot to his graduation ceremonies when James Flowers noticed him. James is a Kingsland police officer who was actually directing graduation traffic at the school that day.

James could see that the young man was having difficulties putting on his tie for the ceremony. So James stopped what he was doing with the traffic and spent a moment or two helping the student fix his tie. Someone spotted what James was doing and captured it with a video.

RAVE FOR DAYS!!!!!! Just witnessed THIS at the High School Graduation tonight! ❤️❤️❤️

So many Kingsland-area residents had nothing but kind words for James. Says one resident: “I am a teacher and during career week, I contacted him at the last minute and he came to our preschool class the next day to talk with our children,” He is always helping people in the community.”

Another resident said: “My man, James Flowers, not surprised at all,” another person commented. “Seen him on his day off he visited a kid in a shelter for children out of town. He is a great man.”

And yet another resident said: “I saw him helping a different young man as well. Kudos!”

That’s an awful lot of respect for a man… who truly deserves it.
