The upsetting particulars of the couple’s ruined love story arose when Amber took the stand after more than three weeks of Depp’s side presenting its case in his surprise denouncement hearing against her.

Amber grew emotional at numerous occasions during her few hours of testament and said that she by no means knew which form of Depp she was going to get.

Amber testified as Depp evaded eye contact with her. She said that Johnny on speed is very unlike from Johnny on opiates and Johnny on opiates is very dissimilar from Adderall and cocaine but she had to get decent at paying attention to the different versions of him.

Amber told the law court that her association with Depp was passionate from the beginning but in the start that was part of the charm. She said that when she was close to him, she felt like the most beautiful person in the world and it made her feel like a million dollars.

The couple’s relations took a sharp turn when Depp first struck her in March 2013. Amber said that she will never forget that and this changed her life. The duo had been sitting on the sofa, when she asked him about a tattoo he had that she couldn’t make out.

Depp told her it said, “Wino”, a whitewash from his earlier ink that said “Winona Forever” prompting her to giggle. But Depp supposedly didn’t find it amusing and slapped her across the face. Amber said that she laughed because she didn’t know what else to do and thought this must be a joke.

Amber thought that Depp would start giggling too, to tell her it’s a joke but instead, he shouted, “You think it’s funny, bitch? You think you’re a funny bitch?” Depp struck her again before getting on his knees, holding her hands and pleading for pardon while crying.

As per Amber’s testimony, Depp said that he will never do that again and he thought he put the monster away.

Earlier on Wednesday, the judges were played an audio footage where Amber asked Depp about his monster mode.

Amber said that as the monster, Depp would punch things, break furniture, toss cups at her and call her a whore, turning their association into an everlasting battle.

She added that Depp was an envious partner, continuously blaming her of cheating. He once tried to use a lighter to burn a painting that she had gotten from an ex-partner.

Amber became emotional while narrating one specific upsetting encounter in May 2013, when Depp supposedly did a non-consensual cavity search on Amber while searching for his drugs.

While the two were in the Bahamas in July 2013, Amber said her ex-husband threatened to murder her. The duo had been on the isle with Depp’s two children going on a last spree on his vessel before he sold it.

His daughter, Lily-Ross Depp, was distressed with her father’s boozy conduct and Depp accused Amber of telling his children about his obsession problems before he supposedly attacked her.

Regardless of the alleged exploitation, Amber said she held on to the confidence he would get sober. But Depp didn’t stop and his sustained obsession to drugs and alcohol left her stuck in a marriage with an addict whom she loved deeply.

Amber was only 22 when she met Depp while auditioning for the movie “The Rum Diary” in 2008. She was left enthralled after knowing that she and Depp shared many of the same interests. They played romantic interests in the movie based on the life of Hunter S. Thompson and the lines got blurred when they had a kissing act.

They began dating each other secretly and fell in love a few years later on the movie’s press tour in 2011.

Amber said that at the beginning, Depp was generous, bestowing her with presents and making imposing, passionate gestures. She said it was all felt like complete magical. She said that she felt like this man knew her, saw her in a way so one else had.

Depp is prosecuting Amber for $50 million, claiming she offended him in a 2018 op-ed in the WaPo where she chatted being a prey of domestic ferocity. While Depp was not named in the article but claims it was about him only that ruined his profession and spoiled his status.

Amber Heard will carry on her testament Thursday.
