I don’t know how people could ever do this to a dog, but it gives me faith in humanity that groups like the Vancouver Island Dogs Rescue Society are out there helping to correct these problems.
Animals can’t help themselves after such horrible events. I just wish there were more people like this to help poor little fellas everywhere out there. This little guy is very lucky and he looks happy, as any loved dog does.
